Yogurt parfait = new favorite breakfast.
Remember my initial dislike for Greek yogurt? Turns out adding fresh fruit, honey, and some high protein cereal solves the problem! So yes, my parfait was fabulous.
Spent most of the day on my feet, between Six Flags, a movie project, and dancing my butt off with a friend. Even improving upon my sugar cravings! Good day is good.
Might even go for a run tonight :)
